Louis Vuitton in Paris seeks a Finance Project Assistant (Alternance) for Sept 2026 — support finance transformation, testing and user training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Project & Continuous Improvement team in delivery of finance transformation initiatives across accounting, management control, treasury and supplier master data.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to capture and formalise business requirements and produce reference documentation.
- Participate in functional and user acceptance testing of implemented solutions and prepare test scenarios and reports.
- Contribute to user training materials and deliver training sessions to finance users.
- Support change management activities and act as a liaison between Finance teams (local and international) and the Information Systems department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme, business school or engineering school with a specialisation in Finance
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and methodical work habits
- Good interpersonal skills, proactivity and intellectual curiosity
- Interest in information systems and digitalisation of finance processes
- Operational command of English

Entry-level / beginner. The role is designed for students in an alternance (apprenticeship) programme; no significant prior professional experience is required though any prior internship or project work in finance or systems projects is advantageous.
Education
University degree or currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school with a specialisation in Finance.
