Louis Vuitton Finance Manager France & Monaco role in Paris. Lead financial operations and teams reporting to EMEA Finance Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure data reliability for local, regional, and global leadership
- Analyze commercial and operational performance, identify growth levers and optimization opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and manage budgeting cycles (budget, forecast, medium-term plan) in collaboration with operational teams
- Produce ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making on investment projects, product launches, and market strategies
- Act as a strategic financial partner to operational leadership (Retail, Merchandising, Communications, Events) to drive profitability and growth targets
- Challenge assumptions and actively contribute to the development of local strategies
- Lead, develop, and structure the local finance team while ensuring individual and collective skill advancement
- Set performance objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and foster an environment of excellence and collaboration
- Ensure rigorous application of Group and Maison financial procedures and policies
- Guarantee the quality of accounting closures and robustness of operational indicators
- Coordinate interactions with accounting, tax, and external partners (auditors, statutory auditors)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Management (Master's or equivalent business school diploma)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial management or financial control acquired in an international environment
- Proven experience in the luxury sector, retail, or premium consumer goods sector preferred
- Confirmed experience managing and developing teams
- Expert-level proficiency in P&L management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability in financial modeling
- Fluent English (essential)

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial management or financial control, necessarily acquired in an international environment, preferably within the luxury, retail, or premium consumer goods sector.
Education
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management (Master's degree or equivalent business school diploma required).
