Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the roll-out of finance projects and controlling activities, including participation in UAT testing of systems and payment solution implementations.
  • Assist with maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and contribute to the monthly preparation of Notes to Accounts for financial close.
  • Perform ad hoc finance tasks and analyses as assigned by the finance team to support operational continuity and month-end deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate transaction flows and timely resolution of issues uncovered during testing or month-end routines.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable, open to new processes and able to work effectively within a multinational team.
  • Available to commit to a full‑time, on‑site internship from July to December 2026 at Ngee Ann City, Singapore.
