Finance Intern at Louis Vuitton Singapore – 6-month PIONEERS internship supporting financial operations in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support finance project rollouts by assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities, including test preparation, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Assist in controlling tasks such as cost tracking and variance analysis to support financial monitoring and reporting
- Support daily sales and stock reconciliation and monitor goods in transit to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on discrepancies
- Provide support for ad hoc finance-related tasks and assignments as required
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in embracing new ideas, people, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capable of managing ambiguity and taking independent initiative
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Coursework or academic projects in finance, accounting, or business management are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
