Finance Coordinator, Louis Vuitton Korea, Seoul – 12-month temporary contract supporting finance operations and accounting activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support financial reporting activities and generate ad-hoc analysis reports (e.g., Chinese New Year and Chuseok sales performance)
  • Assist with full inventory counts and cycle count management, compiling results and maintaining stock adjustment documentation
  • Support event insurance management by liaising with insurers and collecting required valuation and information from internal stakeholders
  • Assist with corporate card administration, including limit management, issuance, termination, and employee payment follow-up
  • Process purchase order creation, goods receipt, vendor creation, and modification activities
  • Collect, consolidate, and manage monthly store closing documents required for internal control compliance
  • Coordinate archival services and maintain storage inventory relationships
  • Support legal compliance tracking, including company chop usage documentation
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as assigned by the CFO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2–3+ years of finance experience, ideally within luxury retail or FMCG industry
  • CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Native fluency in Korean and fluent in English

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional accounting certification is advantageous.
