Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail managers through on-the-floor coaching, demonstrating best-in-class floor management, client experience, and team leadership
- Drive a strong feedback and coaching culture to develop, motivate, and upskill retail teams
- Work autonomously across multiple stores with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience in-store and online
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess impact and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
