Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continuously refine comprehensive training programs for stores across Indonesia covering sales techniques, client engagement, product and category knowledge, and leadership development.
- Deploy blended learning methodologies (in-store workshops, seminars, virtual sessions and e-learning) to accommodate diverse learner profiles and ensure consistent standards across the network.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and constructive feedback to store teams and managers to improve selling behaviours, clienteling and service execution.
- Partner with store management and regional stakeholders to align training initiatives with commercial objectives, sales targets and corporate rollout priorities.
- Support change-management initiatives by equipping teams with practical tools to identify sales opportunities, overcome field challenges and adopt new processes or product launches.
- Monitor training effectiveness through observation, follow-up coaching and metrics; propose and implement continuous improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, retail training or field coaching roles.
- Proven experience in coaching, facilitation and change management within a retail environment.
- Track record of managing or developing store teams and supporting store managers in coaching techniques.
- Deep product knowledge in fashion and leather goods and the ability to translate that knowledge into practical training modules.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at store and regional levels.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or retail learning & development, with demonstrable experience delivering field training across multiple stores, supporting store managers, and driving behavioral change that impacts sales and client experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in retail training.
