Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering sales techniques, client engagement, relationship-building, and product knowledge
- Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse learning styles and retail environments
- Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to identify improvement areas and guide teams toward best practices
- Support Team Managers in developing and strengthening their coaching capabilities
- Equip retail teams with commercial training to identify sales opportunities and overcome field challenges
- Align training initiatives with business objectives, sales targets, and corporate guidelines in collaboration with store management

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail training, coaching, or talent development
