Louis Vuitton in Hanoi seeks a Field Coach Trainer to deliver in‑store training and coach retail teams to elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate and execute corporate training strategy within assigned stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to define and roll out local training plans.
- Deliver in-store training and coaching (approximately 80% of time on the shop floor) for Client Advisors and management, using observation, role play and on‑the‑floor coaching.
- Lead a culture of coaching by performing gap analyses, building individual coaching plans and training Store Managers to 'coach the coach'.
- Facilitate product training in collaboration with Merchandising, including new launches and silhouette building to optimise cross‑selling.
- Use Voice results and other feedback to identify root causes of client dissatisfaction and coach teams to improve client experience.
- Manage and maintain in‑store LMS records, ensure Store Management proficiency in the tool and monitor training quality and retention through follow up.
- Support consistent onboarding for new hires, liaise with HR on planning and provide progress feedback during induction.
- Identify and develop internal training talent and act as a platform for sharing best practices across stores.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience, preferably including Team Manager or team‑management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate retail teams with a strong track record in improving selling performance.
- Strong credibility in building client relationships and driving a client-centric culture on the shop floor.
- Experience managing training programmes and maintaining training records in an LMS.
- Comfortable conducting product and selling skills training, including role play and situational coaching.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, ideally with previous team management or Team Manager level responsibilities and demonstrable success in coaching front‑of‑house teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality, or a vocational qualification; professional certification or demonstrated training experience in coaching/adult learning preferred.
