Louis Vuitton is hiring a Field Coach Trainer in Auckland to lead retail training across New Zealand stores, with on‑site and remote coaching and regular travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Store Managers to diagnose capability gaps and design tailored coaching plans aligned to commercial priorities.
- Deliver high‑impact training across new hire inductions, product knowledge and clienteling best practices, both in person and via remote channels.
- Coach and mentor sales teams on the sales floor during regular visits, providing immediate, actionable feedback to improve client experience and KPIs.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of remote support between visits using Zoom and digital coaching tools, ensuring sustained behaviour change and follow‑through.
- Leverage Client Voice insights to prioritise interventions, address root causes of client dissatisfaction and measure training impact.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and HR to integrate product education, onboarding and performance management into development plans.
- Identify and develop internal talent to create a pipeline of future trainers within the New Zealand store network.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in retail or luxury learning & development, coaching, or performance management.
- Proven track record of delivering training and facilitation in fast‑paced retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and sustain remote coaching programmes and to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Advanced product knowledge and the capacity to translate expertise into practical learning moments for sales teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across New Zealand (including Queenstown) and quarterly to Australia.

Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or luxury training, coaching or performance management, with demonstrated facilitation and remote coaching capability.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management, learning & development, human resources or a related discipline.
