Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver in‑store coaching tailored to Client Advisors to elevate client experience and drive sales performance.
  • Conduct structured observations using active listening and targeted questioning to identify development opportunities.
  • Provide individual coaching on the shop floor to enable employees to generate their own solutions and improve behaviours.
  • Regularly report team and individual progress, post‑coaching outcomes and recommended actions to Store Managers and the Learning Manager.
  • Use Voice (customer satisfaction) data to diagnose root causes of dissatisfaction and implement corrective coaching plans.
  • Design and deliver category learning modules as part of newcomer onboarding and provide onboarding progress feedback to management.
  • Act as a conduit for sharing coaching programmes, best practices and successful initiatives across multiple stores.
  • Model and uphold company grooming, service standards and internal policies; serve as an exemplar for peers.
  • Provide occasional weekend coaching support for high‑profile customer events or peak retail periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sales or retail learning & development; Senior or Manager level retail professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of delivering in‑store coaching and facilitating adult learning in a retail environment.
  • Strong observational, diagnostic and feedback skills with the ability to turn customer insight into practical coaching actions.
  • Comfort with cross‑functional collaboration and reporting to store leadership and L&D stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel between stores within the Seoul area as required.

Experience
