Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist in San Diego, CA: drive RTW sales, mentor retail teams, and build VIC client relationships. $100K–$110K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive regional Ready-to-Wear sales targets and penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience at all touchpoints
- Develop store selling associates through mentorship and support for top-tier VIP client experiences, including zone events, client re-sees, and personalized hosting
- Partner with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations teams on women's Ready-to-Wear client retention and development strategies
- Provide styling training and trend education to retail teams in partnership with the Lead Stylist and Regional Merchandising Director
- Nurture competitive intelligence through store visits and industry monitoring, communicating insights to inspire creative selling strategies
- Identify new clientele acquisition opportunities and expand the store's RTW client network through personal relationship-building and luxury industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or client relationship management
- Demonstrated expertise in Ready-to-Wear fashion, silhouette knowledge, and personal styling
- Strong ability to influence and mentor retail team members and leaders
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and client loyalty in a luxury environment
- Deep understanding of Louis Vuitton brand heritage, positioning, and product collections
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or fashion consulting roles, with demonstrated success in client relationship management and styling excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
