Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, delivering tailored Ready-to-Wear styling and elevating the client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Drive regional Ready-to-Wear sales penetration and support achievement of store and regional targets through targeted client engagement.
  • Develop and coach store selling associates on styling techniques, product knowledge and clienteling to improve conversion and loyalty.
  • Partner with store leadership, the Regional Merchandising Director and Regional Client Relations teams on client development strategies and launch activities.
  • Design and deliver collection training, launch communications and styling tools in collaboration with the Lead Stylist/Regional Merchandising Director.
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends through store visits and market research to inform creative selling strategies and network expansion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail styling or personal styling, preferably within Ready-to-Wear.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement in high‑value client interactions.
  • Proven track record of developing authentic, long‑term client relationships and recruiting new clientele.
  • Strong leadership or peer‑coaching experience, with the ability to elevate selling associates’ performance.
  • Exceptional verbal presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
  • Deep passion for fashion and an informed understanding of brand history, product assortments and luxury competitors.
