Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive comprehensive in-store styling strategy by leveraging demonstrated expertise in mix-and-match techniques to integrate styling and silhouette approach into the sales ceremony
  • Provide on-site styling advice that translates into cross-category sales transactions across all product universes and lead relevant promotional activities
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of competitive offerings, fashion trends, and local needs through competitor store visits, event attendance, and monitoring of key local influencer content
  • Partner with the merchandising team to track performance metrics and implement actions that accelerate product priorities and slow-moving inventory to optimize stock flow
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure silhouette approach is presented optimally throughout the store
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive collection training in partnership with ready-to-wear experts, retail learning teams, and merchandising, with particular emphasis on styling and mix-and-match techniques
  • Facilitate regular styling workshops and sensitize the store community to mix-and-match methods to increase ready-to-wear penetration
  • Support the professional development of ready-to-wear experts and sales advisors by identifying training needs and developing individualized development plans in partnership with managers and learning teams
  • Participate in onboarding of new sales advisors on styling fundamentals
  • Support client appointments and daily customer experience delivery
  • Collaborate closely with store directors and client managers on collection launches and fashion activations
  • Develop in-store animation routines encompassing timing, looks, and spatial arrangement
  • Participate in key local, regional, and EMEA events, supporting client appointments and assisting sales teams
  • Create initiatives to develop complete silhouettes for all clientele

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in styling and mix-and-match techniques
  • Advanced product knowledge with sophisticated understanding of cuts, fits, fabrications, silhouettes, and design codes of major market players
  • Forward-thinking mindset with strong sensitivity to trends and forecasting capability
