Louis Vuitton seeks a Fashion Stylist in Paris to lead in‑store styling services, advise clients and train retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a holistic in‑store styling strategy that makes silhouette consultation and mix‑and‑match expertise a core part of the sales ceremony.
- Provide on‑floor styling consultations and demonstrations that drive cross‑selling across product universes and improve average transaction value.
- Plan and deliver styling activations, communications and in‑store routines (timing, looks, space layout) to promote the styling service and support collection launches.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to monitor product performance, define actions for priority and slow‑moving items, and support stock flow objectives.
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising to ensure styling concepts are presented optimally in the boutique.
- Prepare, deliver and update comprehensive training materials; run regular styling workshops and mix‑and‑match sessions to upskill retail teams.
- Support the integration and development of sales advisors and experts by identifying training needs and contributing to personalised development plans.
- Participate in client appointments, store events, regional and EMEA activations to enhance the customer experience and promote full‑look dressing.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience in retail styling and sales within ready‑to‑wear (women’s and men’s) brands.
- Proven expertise in styling, mix & match techniques and silhouette building.
- Deep product knowledge including cuts, fit, fabrications and brand codes of major market players.
- Strong commercial sense and client‑centred approach with the ability to quickly understand client lifestyle and preferences.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative mindset and high emotional intelligence to support and integrate with retail sales teams.

Experience
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in retail sales and styling within ready‑to‑wear fashion, with demonstrable results in client advisory, cross‑selling and team training.
Education
Degree or diploma in fashion, styling, visual merchandising or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
