Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist position in Orlando, FL. Drive RTW sales and client relationships with $115K–$125K salary plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring elevated client experience at all touchpoints
- Develop retail associates' selling capabilities and support client experiences including zone events, re-see programs, and personalized hosting
- Partner with store leadership, Regional Merchandising Director, and Client Relations teams on WRTW client retention and development strategies
- Influence internal business partners and high-profile clients through bespoke styling, relationship cultivation, and new client recruitment
- Increase retail team and leadership knowledge of WRTW offerings including brand heritage, competitive landscape, and new product launches
- Collaborate on collection training and new launch communications with Lead Stylist and Regional Merchandising Director
- Maintain thorough competitive knowledge through store visits and industry awareness to inform creative selling strategies
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the store's RTW client network and leverage best practices from the luxury industry
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant luxury retail or styling experience
- Demonstrated leadership or independent styling expertise
- Proven track record of developing authentic and lasting client relationships
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Fashion-forward perspective with demonstrated passion for luxury goods industry

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
