Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist position in Nice, France. Lead styling strategy and train retail teams in this full-time role within luxury fashion and leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a comprehensive in-store/city/regional styling strategy by leveraging deep fashion expertise and mix-and-match proficiency to establish styling and silhouette approach as a core element of the sales ceremony
- Provide on-site styling consultations that drive cross-category sales transactions and model best practices for the sales team
- Develop and execute relevant animations and communications to promote and expand the styling service
- Monitor competitor activity, fashion trends, and local market insights through competitive store visits, industry events, and influencer monitoring to inform strategy
- Partner with Merchandising to track performance metrics and implement action plans to accelerate priority product sales and manage slow-moving inventory
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure silhouette-based looks are optimally presented throughout the store
- Prepare and lead comprehensive collection training sessions with Ready-to-Wear Experts, Retail Learning teams, and Merchandising, with particular emphasis on styling techniques and tools for sales teams
- Conduct regular styling workshops and educate the store community on mix-and-match techniques to increase Ready-to-Wear penetration
- Support the development of Ready-to-Wear Experts and Sales Advisors by identifying training needs and creating individual development plans in partnership with management and learning teams
- Support onboarding of new Sales Advisors on styling fundamentals and foundations
- Facilitate daily customer appointments and enhance the overall customer experience in-store
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Client Relationship Managers on collection launches and fashion activations
- Develop and execute in-store animation routines including timing, styling looks, and space optimization
- Participate in major local, regional, and EMEA events by supporting customer appointments and assisting sales teams
- Create initiatives to develop comprehensive silhouettes for all customer segments
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in styling and mix-and-match techniques with 5+ years of sales and styling experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear brands
- Deep product knowledge with advanced understanding of cuts, fits, fabrications, silhouettes, brand DNA, and codes of major market players
- Forward-thinking mentality with strong sensitivity to fashion trends and predictive capability
- Commercial mindset with client-centered focus and ability to quickly understand customer lifestyle, tastes, and fashion needs
- Excellent communication, verbal expression, and storytelling skills
- Team-oriented approach with emotional intelligence to integrate harmoniously within sales team dynamics and customer interactions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and styling within women's and men's ready-to-wear luxury brands, with demonstrated success in client advisory and fashion consultation roles.
Education
