Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Fashion Stylist in Monaco to lead luxury in-store styling services and drive ready-to-wear sales through expert trend guidance and personal shopping consultancy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive in-store styling strategy across store, city, and region by translating fashion passion and expertise into cross-category sales transactions through mix-and-match consultancy
- Demonstrate exemplary styling guidance on the sales floor, driving cross-selling across all product universes
- Curate relevant in-store animations and communications to promote and develop the styling service
- Monitor competitive intelligence, fashion trends, and local consumer needs through competitor store visits, industry events, and influencer trend analysis
- Partner with merchandising teams to track performance metrics and implement actions addressing slow-moving inventory and product priorities
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure optimal presentation of silhouette-focused product displays
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive collection training with ready-to-wear experts, learning teams, and merchandising, emphasizing styling techniques and equipping sales teams with relevant tools
- Facilitate regular styling workshops and mix-and-match training sessions to increase ready-to-wear penetration and category knowledge
- Support the development of ready-to-wear specialists and sales advisors by identifying training needs and co-creating individual development plans with managers and learning teams
- Onboard new sales advisors with foundational styling principles and best practices
- Support daily in-store client appointments and elevate overall customer experience
- Collaborate with store directors and client relationship managers on collection launch preparation and fashion activations
- Develop engaging in-store animation routines addressing timing, visual presentations, and space optimization
- Participate in key local, regional, and EMEA events, supporting client appointments and enabling sales teams
- Create initiatives to develop complete, cohesive silhouettes for the full client base
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and styling within luxury women's and men's ready-to-wear brands
- Proven expertise in styling and mix-and-match techniques
- Advanced product knowledge with deep understanding of fit, construction, fabrication, silhouettes, brand DNA, and key market players
- Forward-thinking mentality with acute sensitivity to trends and predictive capability
- Commercial mindset and client-centric approach with ability to rapidly understand client lifestyle, taste, and fashion needs
- Flawless communication and oral presentation skills with compelling storytelling ability
