Louis Vuitton seeks a Fashion Stylist in Las Vegas to drive RTW sales, coach retail teams and deliver bespoke client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador for Ready-to-Wear (RTW), delivering elevated client experiences and bespoke styling that drive loyalty and RTW penetration.
- Achieve regional RTW sales targets by identifying and converting high-value client opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Coach and develop store selling associates through training, collection briefings and on-floor mentorship to raise styling capability and service standards.
- Collaborate with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director and Client Relations teams on client development strategies, events and new product launches.
- Design and deliver personalized client experiences—events, private viewings and hosted appointments—working cross-functionally to elevate brand positioning.
- Maintain industry and competitor awareness through market visits and external networking to inform creative selling strategies and expand the RTW client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fashion styling or luxury retail, with demonstrable results in client development.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when working with high-profile clients.
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills with an elevated, sophisticated manner.
- Demonstrable track record of building authentic, long-term client relationships and driving repeat business.
- Strong commercial acumen and a fashion-forward sensibility aligned with luxury brand positioning.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury fashion styling or high-end retail; experience leading styling initiatives or working independently with private clients is required.
Education
High school diploma required; degree or certification in fashion, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
