Louis Vuitton in Monaco seeks a Fashion Stylist (Côte d'Azur) to implement in-store styling services, coach retail teams and enhance client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the in-store styling strategy to embed silhouette-led selling into the customer journey and drive cross-category conversions.
  • Provide hands-on styling and Mix & Match advice on the shop floor, converting styling consultations into incremental sales across ready-to-wear, accessories and other product universes.
  • Develop and deliver styling activations, visual concepts and communications to promote the styling service and stimulate product rotation, in partnership with Visual Merchandising.
  • Partner with Merchandising to monitor category performance and implement initiatives to support priority items and slow-moving stock.
  • Design, prepare and deliver comprehensive training programmes and workshops on collections, styling techniques and Mix & Match for sales teams, in collaboration with Retail Learning and PAP experts.
  • Coach individual sellers and contribute to onboarding of new sales advisors, identifying skill gaps and proposing personalised development plans with Managers and Learning teams.
  • Support client appointments and elevated shopping experiences during launches, local and regional events, and EMEA activations.
  • Gather competitive and trend intelligence through market visits and influencer monitoring, and share actionable insights with store and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ professional experience in women’s ready-to-wear sales and styling within premium or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrable expertise in styling, Mix & Match techniques and silhouette curation with strong commercial results.
  • Advanced product knowledge of cuts, fittings, fabrics and silhouettes across contemporary luxury womenswear.
  • Excellent verbal communication, storytelling and presentation skills for client-facing consultations and staff training.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Learning teams; high emotional intelligence and a team-supportive mindset.
  • Keen trend forecasting ability and a refined fashion sensibility with an avant-garde yet client-centric approach.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Styling, Fashion Merchandising or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail and styling.
