Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist in Dallas, TX — full-time RTW stylist role focused on client relationships and retail coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and primary stylist for Ready-to-Wear, delivering elevated, personalised styling experiences that reinforce Louis Vuitton’s luxury positioning.
- Drive regional Ready-to-Wear sales penetration and contribute to achieving regional sales targets through bespoke client prospecting and relationship cultivation.
- Develop and coach store selling associates on styling techniques, product knowledge, brand history and competitor awareness to elevate in-store performance.
- Partner with store leaders, the Regional Merchandising Director and Regional Client Relations & Development teams to design and execute WRTW client development strategies and collection trainings.
- Create styling tools and communications for new product launches and full-silhouette presentations; support zone events and personalised hosting initiatives.
- Identify and grow networks of RTW clients through proactive outreach, industry awareness and best-practice sharing across stores and markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of professional experience in luxury fashion styling or retail, with demonstrable leadership or independent-styling responsibilities.
- Proven track record of developing authentic, long-term client relationships and driving high-value sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Discretion, professional judgment and the ability to represent a luxury maison at private and public client events.
- Deep knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, current trends and competitive luxury market dynamics.
- Experience in training or coaching retail teams and creating presentation or training materials.

Education
