Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist position in Bangkok: lead Women's RTW strategy, deliver personalized styling, and train retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Women's Ready-To-Wear client strategy in partnership with retail and merchandising teams
- Conduct personalized, one-on-one styling consultations for clients across all product categories, emphasizing full-silhouette curation
- Coach and mentor retail Client Advisors and Team Managers through comprehensive styling workshops and training sessions
- Identify and nurture high-value client relationships in collaboration with the Store Manager, establishing continuity plans for VIC and premium accounts
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to propose and implement commercial initiatives that drive WRTW business growth and silhouette awareness
- Curate and disseminate insights on current fashion trends and styling developments to the retail team using internal and external resources
- Participate in and support local and zone-level product launches, special events, and RTW promotional initiatives
- Provide styling support during high-profile client events, VIC hosting occasions, and premium sales engagements
- Prepare and deliver training materials and styling tools for retail team capability development
- Align with Zone Retail Learning on project execution and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fashion retail or sales
- Proven expertise in personal shopping or styling delivery
- Comprehensive knowledge of fashion and styling trends with demonstrated ability to adapt advice to diverse client profiles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging confidently at all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to presenting a polished, aspirational aesthetic
- Natural interpersonal warmth and approachability with ability to establish rapport across varied client personalities and demographics

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fashion retail, sales, or luxury personal shopping, with demonstrated success in styling consultation and client relationship development.
