Fashion Stylist at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok, Thailand – lead women's styling strategy and elevate client experience through personalized service and retail training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Women's full silhouette client strategy with focus on driving the Women's Ready-To-Wear business
- Support the Retail team in identifying client opportunities and developing continuation plans to sustain high-value client relationships
- Collaborate with Merchandising teams to propose and implement commercial actions that increase WRTW business and build full silhouette mindset
- Maintain and communicate current fashion trends and styles to retail teams using internal and external resources
- Participate in and support local and zone RTW events, product launches, and new collection initiatives
- Provide personalized one-on-one styling services across all Louis Vuitton product categories to create complete brand silhouettes
- Assist Retail and Client Development teams in hosting events and supporting Client Advisors through styling advice to enhance cross-selling and upselling
- Conduct coaching workshops and training sessions for retail teams on full silhouette styling and personal styling techniques
- Prepare training materials and tools to support retail team development
- Collaborate with WRTW Merchandising on collection-specific trainings and styling-related client events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or sales within the fashion industry
- Personal shopping or styling experience
- Excellent knowledge of fashion and styling trends with ability to translate across different client profiles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with clarity and professionalism across all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Approachable, friendly demeanor with ability to connect with diverse personalities and client profiles
