Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist position in Bangkok, Thailand. Lead women's RTW strategy and drive luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Women's full silhouette client strategy with emphasis on Ready-To-Wear business development and sustained client engagement
- Collaborate with the Retail and Merchandising teams to identify client opportunities and implement commercial initiatives that build full silhouette mindset
- Provide one-on-one personalized styling services across all Vuitton product categories, with focus on creating complete silhouettes for VIC and high-end clientele
- Coach and conduct workshops for Client Advisors and Team Managers on full silhouette styling, personal shopping techniques, and trend translation
- Prepare and deliver training materials aligned with collection launches and store-specific merchandising initiatives
- Translate current fashion trends and styles to the retail team using internal and external resources
- Support local and zone-level Ready-To-Wear events, product launches, and styling-related client experiences
- Provide feedback on client behavior, business opportunities, and market insights to inform strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or fashion sales
- Proven personal shopping or styling experience
- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and styling with ability to adapt to diverse client profiles
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage colleagues at all organizational levels
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Approachable, personable demeanor with ability to connect with varied personalities
