Fashion Stylist - Louis Vuitton, Atlanta GA. Drive RTW sales, style retail teams, and build luxury client relationships. $115K–$125K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while delivering an elevated client experience across all interactions
- Develop store selling associates and support curated client experiences through zone events, resee sessions, and personalized hosting
- Partner with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Directors, and Client Relations teams on strategic WRTW client development initiatives
- Influence key internal stakeholders and high-profile clients through bespoke styling, relationship building, and recruitment of new clientele
- Expand retail team knowledge of brand heritage, competitive positioning, and new product launches in partnership with Lead Stylists and Regional Merchandising Directors
- Collaborate on collection training and launch communications, preparing materials to support full silhouette and personal styling expertise
- Maintain thorough competitive awareness through store visits and industry research, leveraging luxury expertise to inspire creative selling strategies
- Proactively identify network expansion opportunities and best practices from across the luxury sector to enhance the store's RTW client base
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant luxury retail or styling experience
- Proven leadership or independent styling track record
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in client interactions
- Demonstrated success in developing authentic, long-term client relationships
- Fashion-forward perspective with demonstrable passion for luxury goods
- Capacity to influence key internal business partners and external high-profile clientele

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, styling, or client-facing luxury service roles, demonstrating proven success in leadership or independent styling capacity.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
