Louis Vuitton seeks a Fashion Communications Intern in Singapore (Ngee Ann City) to support PR, media monitoring and events for the South Asia region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate press sample requests for regional photo shoots, including packing, courier arrangements, inspection and administrative documentation.
- Maintain and circulate the regional press rack; update and organize the regional press rack folder to ensure accurate, timely information exchange with counterparts.
- Monitor print and digital editorial coverage across key regional titles on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence and consolidate South Asia market reports for submission to Central HQ in Paris.
- Support pre-event planning by liaising with vendors, coordinating logistics and providing on-site operational assistance during press and image events.
- Provide day-to-day communications administrative support and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the Communications team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and brand communications; strong interest in luxury PR, media relations and event management.
- Articulate communicator with confidence engaging stylists, press, editors and internal stakeholders; outgoing and professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to prepare reports and presentation materials.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2026 based at the Ngee Ann City office.

Experience
Beginner-level role suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; previous internships, academic projects or extracurricular involvement in communications, PR or fashion are advantageous.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion, Media Studies or a related discipline.
