Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the reservation process through Catch Table, confirming bookings, assigning tables, and accommodating VIP and group requests seamlessly.
- Communicate guest needs, special requests, or complaints promptly to management to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality, coordinate bookings, and guide them to their seats for a smooth and pleasant arrival.
- Stay fully informed about menu offerings, operating hours, and promotions to assist guests accurately.
- Support the team with other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end hotel or fine dining service environments.
- Experience assisting VIP guests and providing attentive, personalized service.
- Solid command of written and spoken English.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed.
