Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee facility management service delivery, including multi-technical maintenance, fire safety and security systems, cleaning, reception, and occupant services
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and interface between external service providers, site occupants, and internal departments
  • Establish prevention protocols, organize joint inspection visits, and conduct weekly and monthly coordination meetings with service partners
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and coordinate service interventions with heritage family estate events and work scheduling
  • Lead digital asset management tool deployment as project manager, including needs analysis, vendor benchmarking, requirements documentation, and rollout planning across pilot and full-scale implementations
  • Manage activity reporting system deployment by defining key performance indicators, training reception staff on data entry protocols, and establishing comprehensive site metrics
  • Oversee PLANON preventive maintenance platform rollout across the facility cluster, including plan updates, system integration with BYES, and end-user training for staff and external contractors

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's-level programme in Real Estate, Facility Management, or related field
  • Technical proficiency in facility management, building operations, and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to use digital tools, computerized maintenance management systems (GMAO), and perform data analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing fire safety, emergency response protocols (ERP), and integrated security systems (SSI)
  • Strong organizational capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and manage time effectively
  • Proven process design and structured thinking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, including capacity to facilitate meetings, liaise across departments, and provide user training
