Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail stores on maintenance and cleaning requirements, providing immediate solutions and coordinated actions
- Coordinate external suppliers, manage scheduling, and ensure quality control of maintenance works and systems inspections
- Assist Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators with tender preparation and maintenance service agreements
- Track and analyze budgets, process maintenance orders, and prepare analytical reporting on store maintenance activities
- Liaise with EMEA teams to support Store Planning projects including layout redesigns and furniture installations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering
- Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for maintenance and budget tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
- Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Project management experience with meticulous attention to detail

Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related field.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
