Louis Vuitton Paris: Facilities Maintenance Assistant apprenticeship (1-2 years, November 2026). Hybrid role supporting building operations and BMS deployment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
  • Monitor energy consumption of building installations
  • Manage technical and regulatory compliance checks within the Ogest supervision platform
  • Oversee Fire Safety System equipment and documentation
  • Contribute to the deployment of the Schneider Building Management System (BMS) project
  • Participate in the rollout of the new CMMS module on the Planon platform
  • Support the Maintenance and Real Estate Operations team on ad-hoc projects based on profile and interests

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's level programme (Bac +4/5) in maintenance engineering or real estate management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Power BI is preferred
