Louis Vuitton seeks a Facilities & Operations Manager in Paris, France to oversee premium property management and technical operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the organization of site operations, maintenance, and services across the assigned portfolio
- Ensure flawless technical functionality of all installations, equipment, and infrastructure while maintaining exceptional service continuity in a high-stakes luxury environment
- Select, contract, and oversee third-party service providers specializing in maintenance, housekeeping, hygiene, and technical services
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and remedial maintenance with rigorous standards for speed, reliability, and execution quality
- Manage real-time technical incidents, dysfunctions, and critical situations to minimize operational disruption and preserve asset reputation and occupant experience
- Deploy and manage technical supervision, monitoring, and performance tracking systems and tools
- Ensure technical, regulatory, and documentary compliance across all sites
- Lead and manage the site operations team with a focus on proximity, responsiveness, and results-driven culture
- Participate in budget planning and service optimization while maintaining unwavering quality standards
- Contribute to the preservation of asset standing, technical performance, and occupant experience quality
- Prepare new buildings for operational handover, secure transitions from construction to continuous operations, and participate in inspections, technical reception, and defect resolution
Qualifications
- Advanced technical, engineering, maintenance, or facility management degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years of substantial experience in technical and operational management of complex, premium, or mixed-use assets
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-technical and multi-service third-party vendors
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance, continuous operations, service quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with housekeeping, hygiene, and support services management
- Strong affinity for technological supervision tools and digital technical management systems
- High standards of excellence, attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, operational agility, and leadership capability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of significant experience in technical and operational management of complex premium or mixed assets, with documented expertise in multi-service provider oversight and facility operations in luxury environments.
Education
Advanced technical, engineering, maintenance, building science, or facility management degree or equivalent professional qualification.
