  • Create purchase orders for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa regions and track budget utilization against departmental cost plans
  • Prepare monthly budget reports and contribute to monthly financial forecasting meetings with the Finance team
  • Conduct regular site visits and facilities management walk-throughs with Operations and Store Managers
  • Manage Power Automate flows for the store QR code system handling preventive maintenance, reactive, and specialist service requests
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers, documentation folders, and store operation manuals to meet regulatory requirements
  • Record and audit energy consumption data across all store locations and head office facilities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Liaise with store management and external contractors to identify and resolve issues that may impact retail operations

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience within a facilities management environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
