Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Women's Ready‑to‑Wear Fabric Development team across runway shows, commercial collections, red‑carpet pieces and bespoke orders.
  • Research and prepare colour ranges and palette proposals for seasonal developments.
  • Prepare moodboards and visual documentation to support creative decision‑making.
  • Produce summary specification sheets for base fabrics and colourways.
  • Archive and sort materials after each show; maintain organised sample libraries.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding samples, lead times and development requests.
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and receptions of ongoing fabric developments, tracking samples through the studio pipeline.
  • Work transversally with studio stakeholders (embroidery, knit, atelier), marketing, buying and production to ensure alignment on materials development.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma in Applied Arts, Fashion, Textiles or an equivalent programme (work‑study/apprenticeship eligible).
  • Strong interest and sensitivity for textiles and materials.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Creative sensitivity and an eye for colour and texture.
  • Good written and spoken French and/or English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
