Louis Vuitton is hiring an Expert Client Advisor — Women's Ready-to-Wear in London. Drive category sales, clienteling and in-store coaching in a flagship retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador for Women's Ready-to-Wear, delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and embodying Louis Vuitton service standards.
- Maintain deep technical and style expertise in the womenswear category to advise clients, drive sales and act as the in-store voice for the category.
- Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of clients through clienteling activities, recruitment of new clients and tailored engagement strategies.
- Drive commercial performance of the category by analysing product KPIs, proposing action plans and collaborating with store management to meet individual and store targets.
- Coach and train store colleagues on product knowledge, selling techniques and category-specific clienteling; lead briefings and one-to-one development sessions.
- Partner with Head Office and the Learning Manager to give market feedback (product performance, trends, competitor activity) and to implement local initiatives and events that grow the category.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within women's ready-to-wear.
- Demonstrable track record of high sales performance and client development in a luxury environment.
- Exceptional product knowledge of womenswear with the ability to communicate technical and style attributes clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Strong coaching ability and experience delivering informal and formal training to retail teams.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.

Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail selling women's ready-to-wear or comparable fashion categories, with proven sales targets achievement and client portfolio management.
Education
Secondary education diploma; vocational or higher education in fashion, retail, or related discipline preferred.
