Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store category expert and go-to resource for Women's Ready-to-Wear sales and clienteling techniques, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and brand passion
  • Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business in-store through consultative selling and proactive client engagement, consistently achieving top seller status within the category
  • Lead by example through management of a personal client portfolio, demonstrating outstanding clienteling practices and fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Conduct product training, communicate new collection launches, and educate store team members on category-specific selling strategies and product features
  • Communicate corporate strategies and business objectives to team members through morning briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Provide vital feedback to management regarding market trends, client preferences, and business performance to drive strategic decision-making
  • Partner with store management during selling ceremonies to mentor colleagues and integrate product category insights into store-wide initiatives
  • Maintain analytical rigor in tracking personal sales performance, client purchase history, and market trends to optimize revenue generation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of luxury retail or high-end fashion sales experience, with demonstrated expertise in ready-to-wear or accessories categories
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer with ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Deep product knowledge of Louis Vuitton women's ready-to-wear collections, with particular expertise in exotics
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport across diverse clientele
  • Advanced storytelling and narrative abilities to convey brand heritage and product value
