Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a role model for Client Advisors by meeting and exceeding performance expectations across sales, clienteling and service metrics.
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge and storytelling to clients and colleagues, elevating the selling ceremony for women's ready-to-wear.
- Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business through personal sales, tailored client development and target attainment.
- Support and mentor peers on product launches, merchandising and customer approach; collaborate with Team Managers on training initiatives.
- Contribute to store-level client development strategies and act as an additional resource for high-value relationship building.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium women's ready-to-wear sales.
- Proven track record as a top seller in the category with demonstrated commercial results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with advanced storytelling and clienteling capabilities.
- Deep product knowledge of women's ready-to-wear and an ability to coach colleagues.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, comfortable working to targets and KPIs.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, ideally focused on women's ready-to-wear, with a consistent record of high personal sales and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 30 per hour.
