Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand and the designated Ready-to-Wear category, delivering the Louis Vuitton Promise in every client interaction.
- Serve as the in-store subject-matter expert for Women's Ready-to-Wear: maintain and share outstanding product knowledge and storytelling to drive conversions.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients and implement proactive clienteling strategies to grow client loyalty and lifetime value.
- Drive the Ready-to-Wear business in-store through exemplary selling performance and category leadership; consistently achieve top-seller status in the category.
- Lead product trainings, new-launch presentations and morning briefings; translate corporate strategy into actionable selling techniques for the team.
- Coach, observe and mentor colleagues on selling ceremony and clienteling methods; provide regular feedback to management to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail, preferably within women's ready-to-wear or comparable fashion categories.
- Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and client development in a premium retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product DNA into compelling client experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability to interpret sales metrics and adapt selling strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach colleagues, and to communicate corporate priorities effectively.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably with a focus on women's ready-to-wear or an equivalent fashion category.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education or certification in fashion, retail or business is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 29 to USD 33 per hour.
