Role & Responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador and category specialist for women's ready-to-wear, delivering the Louis Vuitton client experience at every touchpoint.
- Drive in-store RTW sales performance and consistently rank as a top seller in the category.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients, executing high-quality clienteling and retention strategies.
- Lead product trainings, new-launch briefings and storytelling sessions to upskill the sales team on product knowledge and brand narratives.
- Coach colleagues through morning briefings, 1:1s and on-floor observation, providing actionable feedback during the selling ceremony.
- Translate corporate strategy into local commercial actions and report market insights to management to support assortment and merchandising decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within women's ready-to-wear.
- Demonstrable track record as a top performer in sales and client development.
