Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-store subject-matter expert for Watches & Jewelry, maintaining authoritative product knowledge and storytelling for timepieces and jewelry ranges.
  • Drive the watch and jewelry business in-store through targeted clienteling, proactive outreach and personalised selling strategies.
  • Lead product trainings, new-launch briefings and morning communications to ensure the team is aligned with corporate strategy and merchandising priorities.
  • Coach peers through 1:1s, live observation of the selling ceremony and hands-on mentoring to elevate category sales performance.
  • Manage and develop a personal client portfolio, converting prospects into repeat clients and maximising lifetime value through tailored experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches and/or jewelry.
  • Demonstrated track record as a top seller in a specialist category with strong commercial results.
  • Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical product details with elegance.
  • Proven capability to coach colleagues, deliver trainings and translate corporate strategy into daily selling practices.
  • High level of commercial acumen, analytical approach to sales performance and client development.

Experience
