Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the category expert for clients and the store team.
- Cultivate and grow successful client relationships within the luxury retail segment.
- Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's market position and drive business results.
- Act as a Brand ambassador, focusing on the Exotics, Objets Nomades, and Hardsided categories.
- Provide expert product knowledge and convey a passion for the products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of specialty retail experience.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
- Problem-solving abilities and computer literacy.
- Fashion-forward and adaptable team player.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for driving their respective category.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
