Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the category expert and go-to resource for watches and jewelry product knowledge and sales support within the store
- Lead by example in personal client portfolio management and demonstrate exemplary clienteling practices
- Conduct product training and facilitate new launch initiatives for the watches and jewelry category
- Provide coaching and observation feedback to the sales team during client interactions
