Louis Vuitton seeks Expert Client Advisor for Watches & Jewelry in Los Angeles. Lead luxury sales, manage client portfolio, and drive category business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as category expert and ambassador for Watches & Jewelry, High End products, demonstrating finesse and storytelling excellence in luxury sales
  • Cultivate and develop trusted relationships with existing and new clients, guiding them through product discovery and enhancing loyalty to Louis Vuitton
  • Lead by example in personal client portfolio management and demonstrate outstanding clienteling practices to the sales team
  • Provide vital market feedback, industry trends analysis, and sales opportunities to management as a key business partner
  • Drive the Men's Watches & Jewelry business in-store through consultative selling and strategic product positioning
  • Conduct product training and new launch presentations to team members via morning briefings, formal trainings, and one-on-one coaching
  • Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through coaching and observation during sales interactions
  • Assist in observation of team performance during selling ceremonies and partner with colleagues to introduce product category expertise

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or high-end sales
  • Proven track record of cultivating and growing successful client relationships within the luxury segment
  • Demonstrated management or leadership experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Expert-level product knowledge in watches, jewelry, or comparable luxury accessories category
  • Advanced clienteling and sales techniques with documented success in driving business results
