Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques specific to assigned product category.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
- Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
- Observe and assist team members during sales processes, particularly in product category introductions.
- Manage personal client portfolio, exemplifying exceptional clienteling practices.
- Maintain product expertise and drive in-store business for Women's Ready-to-Wear, Watches and Jewelry, Exotics, or Hardsided categories.
- Conduct product training sessions and manage new product launches.
- Develop and nurture client relationships.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its product categories.
- Proven track record as a sales leader and top seller in a specific category.
- Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated product knowledge and commercial acumen.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
