Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for category performance results
  • Consistently perform as the top seller in the assigned product category, setting the example through excellence
  • Develop and maintain in-depth, highly technical expertise of the product category to drive performance and inform team development
  • Welcome every client with exceptional service, enhancing their experience and demonstrating Louis Vuitton's luxury standards
  • Provide comprehensive, technical advice on products to clients and support team members requiring detailed category information
  • Deliver personalised style guidance by assessing client preferences and matching recommendations to individual needs

  • Coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal category display, prioritising key sellers and addressing slow-moving inventory
  • Partner with the Learning Manager to develop team selling skills and product knowledge through training and coaching
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Client Advisors to review performance, provide feedback, and develop category-specific improvement plans
  • Observe team selling interactions and mentor colleagues to introduce the product category and identify high-potential clients
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies and action plans specific to the category
  • Identify high-potential clients on the floor and develop event concepts centred on the category
  • Demonstrate leadership in clienteling by building and developing a diverse client base with focus on local clientele
  • Manage a comprehensive client portfolio, proactively engaging new clients and nurturing existing relationships through clienteling tools
  • Lead by example in personal client portfolio management, exemplifying best-in-class clienteling practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of luxury retail experience with demonstrated track record in high-value sales and long-term client management
  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and convert long-term client relationships, particularly for high-value and complex purchases
