Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the brand promise, particularly within Women's Ready to Wear
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for category performance and consistently ranking as the top seller
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical expertise in the Women's Ready to Wear category, leveraging this knowledge to drive category performance and mentor team members
  • Proactively identify and nurture client relationships through sophisticated clienteling strategies, developing high-potential clients and managing a diverse portfolio
  • Provide expert styling advice and comprehensive product recommendations, assessing client preferences and guiding selections across brand categories
  • Partner with store management on category strategy, performance analysis, and market feedback; provide headquarters with insights on product trends, client preferences, and competitive positioning

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium brands
