Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-store authority for the lifestyle category, demonstrating deep product knowledge and curating the customer experience for high‑end clientele.
  • Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and personalised outreach to drive retention and repeat sales.
  • Lead product trainings, new‑launch presentations and category briefings; translate corporate strategy into actionable in‑store priorities through morning briefings and 1:1 coaching.
  • Observe and support selling ceremonies across the team, provide constructive feedback and model best practices in client approach and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyse category performance, provide market feedback and propose initiatives to grow the high‑end category business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or client advisory roles, with documented sales performance as a top seller in a specific category.
  • Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Outstanding product knowledge in the lifestyle category and the capacity to translate heritage and craftsmanship into compelling client narratives.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor and influence colleagues; comfortable leading briefings and delivering one‑to‑one coaching.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical skills to interpret sales indicators and contribute to category strategy.
