- Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Outstanding product knowledge in the lifestyle category and the capacity to translate heritage and craftsmanship into compelling client narratives.
- Proven ability to train, mentor and influence colleagues; comfortable leading briefings and delivering one‑to‑one coaching.
