Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultative selling experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise, consistently achieving top performer status within the hardsided category
  • Serve as the in-store specialist and strategic partner to management, providing vital commercial feedback and market insights to drive business performance
  • Conduct product training and new launch presentations to the team, ensuring comprehensive knowledge dissemination across the store
  • Lead morning briefings and 1:1 coaching sessions to communicate corporate strategies and best-practice selling techniques
  • Build and manage a high-value personal client portfolio using sophisticated clienteling methodologies and relationship management
  • Mentor colleagues through direct observation during selling interactions, providing constructive feedback and category-specific guidance
