Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store ambassador and definitive category expert for hardsided luggage, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Louis Vuitton promise.
  • Drive sales performance for the hardsided category and actively support the watch and jewellery business to maximise cross-category revenue.
  • Develop, manage and grow a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, targeted outreach and tailored service.
  • Lead product storytelling and knowledge transfer: deliver product trainings, activate new launches and elevate the team’s product expertise.
  • Coach and mentor sales colleagues through morning briefings, 1:1 coaching and on-floor observation to raise selling standards.
  • Provide actionable commercial feedback to store management and collaborate on local implementation of corporate and merchandise strategies.
  • Demonstrate best-practice clienteling and selling techniques by example, achieving and consistently exceeding category sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive luxury retail experience with a demonstrable track record as a top seller in the assigned category.
  • Deep product knowledge of hardsided luggage and Exotics; significant experience with watches and jewellery is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills with proven client development and retention outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and analytical aptitude with the ability to translate sales data into tactical actions.
  • Experience delivering training and coaching to retail teams; ability to lead briefings and run effective 1:1s.
  • Ability to work on-site at the King of Prussia location and authorised to work in the United States.

Experience
