Louis Vuitton seeks Expert Client Advisor for hardsided luggage in Chicago. USD $27–$32/hr plus commission and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as category expert in hardsided luggage, ensuring all clients receive exceptional service aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise
- Lead by example in client portfolio management and demonstrate advanced clienteling techniques to drive business growth
- Provide ongoing product training and coaching to the sales team, particularly during new product launches
- Conduct morning briefings and one-on-one coaching sessions to communicate corporate strategy and business priorities
- Observe team performance during sales interactions and guide advisors in introducing hardsided collections
- Maintain expert product knowledge and drive hardsided business growth in-store through consultative selling
- Consistently achieve top seller status within the category while developing long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience with demonstrated excellence in client-facing roles
- Proven track record of consistently achieving top sales performance in assigned category
- Deep product knowledge in luxury hardsided luggage or comparable premium goods category
- Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling abilities that resonate with luxury clientele
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to interpret and act on business metrics
- Ability to mentor and inspire peers through example and direct coaching
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail or luxury sales experience, with demonstrated excellence in driving category-specific sales performance and building client loyalty programs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in luxury goods, fashion, or business preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 32 per hour.
